how do i reset my android its a pandigital supernova 8 inch ereader...screen frozen cant touch the screen or move anything ...is there an easy way to take off the back and remove battery

try holding down the power switch for like 20 seconds

Look around on your tab for a reset button. It will be the size of a pinhole, and you will need to press it with a paperclip.
if you hold the power button for about 20 seconds it will shut off. However, when I did and powered the tab back up, it was still frozen. it actually seems to be that the screen it unresponsive to the touch. when I first researched this product before buying I didn't see this as an issued, but now, everyone is saying the same thing. I noticed, this happened a few days after the firmware update was completed... perhaps this is the problem? anyone else noticed that this was after the firmware update?

what's this firmware update all about and when was this implemented? i have my supernova " also just frozen now! oh my! is yours fix already? if yes, how?
