Startup Problem

I have an 'Android Tablet PC' (which is the only information I have, didn't give me anything other than that) that runs Android OS 2.2 and when it starts it shows the Android icon move, turn it's head to the right and freeze there, it wont work anymore, anyone know of a way to solve this error? Greatly appreciated if so..

For those kinds of problems users usually recommend a hard reset. On my Asus Transformer it's power button and down volume, but I'm not sure about another device. Doesn't if have a brand name?

which model you have ,is it via 8650 ,,you can try to press the reset button ,maybe work ..
