Superpad flytouch problems

my superpad was working fine until the screen went balck. so i reset the superpad by pushing the hole underneath. it vibrates, so i know its loading but i still get a black screen . it prepares the sd card at the very end and i know is working since i cab still hear the apps when i press it. any ideas on how to fix it? its frustrating!!! need help!!!

have you tried to reset again? or you can confirm your superpad model and google the right firmware for it.

thanks mcbub for yr quick reply. i did reset but loading is fine, i can still hear while i press the apps. but i cannot see no image on the screen. tried also pressing menu, black button and power button to initiate factory recovery but no screen. if i cannot see a screen, i cannot do anything. is the problem based on the battery, firmware or lcd screen??? any ideas????

i aslo tried pressing black, home and power button, but no luck!!! still black screen. the whole problem started when it went down during usage!!!
