my android 2.3 ireader is in chinese. I need english, and cannot find the place you change it.

Might be difficult see if you can find this string of chinese characters > &#36873;&#25321;&#35821;&#35328; < meaning Select Language. English should look like this string > &#33521;&#35486; < ( I think!!!!)

Like I said this may present some problems because Select language is in Settings > &#35774;&#32622; < Language & Keyboard > &#35821;&#35328;&#21450;&#38190;&#30424; <

I don't envy you!

It might help, if you can find your way into Settings "Language & Keyboard" has as an Icon a capital A inside a white square.

Hi try this, enter your setting until you find a capital A (black on a white background) tap the top entry on the right hand side of the screen twice, this will bring up the language menu scroll down until you find the desired setting tap it and hey presto, worked for me, hope this helps Cheers

unfortunately the language and keyboard feature does not control the ireader. I have no idea where to find the squares:

it is difficult game. But i recommend you to find any business center of Android. It may help you quickly.

The only ones who may be able to help now are Chinese supporting vendors or xaueious (an Admin) when he comes on site.

I think you are best off following a YouTube video. Look for 'Android change language' on YouTube. If you have a non-AOSP build of Android, this may be more difficult, however.
