Tablet connects computer as USB and the app can run?

    Which kind of tablet can run app with connecting as USB?
    When tablet connect computer as device, this app runs in the background which detects that if *.pdf documents is there in the folder or not. [FONT=&#24494]If there is than it open that document right away.
    What should i do to make the app open the PDF document if there is in the folder with the tablet connecting as USB.
