As a businessman who's been in this game a while, if this is your first question I think you need to stop now before you throw any money at anything and never see it again.

The correct answer is China, but I'd highly recommend against pursuing it any further.

If it was as simple as you seem to think it is, there would be production lines in the UK, in Canada and in North and South America, there is nothing wrong with your question (nor with the negative answers!)
