Transferring books

My husband got the ematic pro series EGS005 for Christmas for reading books. I tried to transfer books from his computer to the tablet. I can't tell that they transferred. The computer makes it look like it did, but I can't find them on the tablet. Any thoughts??

I suggest you use a file manager, maybe ES File Explorer to do a search of the tablet for the names of the books. Is it possible they just went where your reader couldn't automatically find them or are they there and YOU can't see them?

Gonna plead stupidity.....this thing isn't very user friendly. Where is the file manager? I can usually figure this stuff out, but really struggling with this tablet

The file manager that comes with the tablet can be found by going to the app drawer which is the 6 little squares top right of the screen. It is listed alphabetically.

Great, will try that. I did find the books under the internal memory

I don't see a file manager.....but maybe can keep finding under the memory for a while

If you look in the app drawer, where all the apps are located, it should be there. It may look like a folder with a bee on it.
