unable to put anything on sd card in tablet

Hi
i have a iconia a500 tablet and just inserted a sd card on it and i cannot send anything from my desk top to it can any body tell me what i am doing wrong
on the tablet it shows sd card total size29.71gb but it has not give it a letter so it does not connect with desk top
any help will be grateful

When you plug your tablet into the computer,you should get a notification that says "click to enable USB storage" or something similar. Click on it and your computer should see it. Hope I helped

I get kind of the same problem. My computer shows my Zepad in Devices...but I can't do anything with it...help?

Not sure, if you really want to move stuff with the sd card I suggest you get an sdcard reader and use that to connect to your computer.

Welcome to the board, when you said to your android do you mean your phone or a tablet? Which model do you have if it's a tablet? And are you trying to do it on an SD card or directly to the device via a USB cable? hi i have recently bought an android lt7029 tablet pc android and is having problems transferring games from my pc to the android the games show up as vidoes but not playable.....help...can someone tell me how i can install by edge modem to the android so i can access the internet cause where i am living there is no wifi.
