Newbie alert! Is it normal for the VTAB to take a while to present the lock screen after having been sleeping for a bit? Where is the threshold for the boot time to slow down, and what is an acceptable time for it to start up again?
I have seen this issue as well, and i think its a problem with CPU scaling, but i don't actually know which kind of scaling they use, as all apps that check such stuff either don't display anything, or give a note that the device is not compatible. In my opinion they use something like performance scaling when the screen is on and, what causes our problem, conservative when the screen is off. In my expirience the ondemand governor is just the best option to use.
