Although the November 13th release date of the Google Nexus 10 is fast approaching, it looks like there are some WalMart stores that may have the device early. A WalMart customer snapped the above shot of the placeholder for the Nexus 10 tablet, and it shows "in stock." The actually device was not on the shelf however, and according to the source of this intel, it was late at night and there were no sales associates that could assist them with this.
On the surface this gives the appearance that WalMart might get the device early, but more than likely this is simply diligent employees getting prepared and setup ahead of time. I doubt that you will see the device actually out on the store shelves and available, but it is possible, so you might want to check with your local WalMart this weekend.
