wondermedia wm8560 pc-802 dead battery how do i replace it?

i have a wm8560 pc-802 tablet it has a square battery inside thaqt does not charge and has no voktage or heat when the tablet is plugged in the mains. the tablet turns on and works when in mains power even with the battery taken out im just wondering if anyone knows where i can find a replacement battery for this tablet or a battery i can use to power this tablet that will charge as well. any help is helpfull

I can't see the voltage in the pic, but based on the tablet similarities, I can't see how it would be different. It will work with some assumptions. The battery likely will fit in your case - again I can't see there being much difference. The plug looks close, but even if it isn't identical, just cut it off and splice in your existing connector.

That said, have you verified that your battery is no good and that you don't have an issue with the charging circuit?
