ZT-180 or superpad

I have decided one of these will fit my needs best. I want a tablet that I can use from home for email, internet, facebook, book reader and watching some videos. Which one of these is best? Will both play adobe flash player videos? So sick of not being able to watch those on my iphone. Which has the most memory that you can add?

Also I should mention. I am a little confused. Maybe I am looking at the older models. It's Android 2.1 if that makes a difference. It looks like there may have been more recent versions of each one. I am looking at these from amazon. If there are newer versions, they are probably too expensive as these are a little more than I even wanted to spend.
