10.2 apad epad with gps and camera... webcam help please?

hi all

can anyone advise me on what i can do to get the camera to work as webcam with MSN chat?
the camera does video and pictures but can't seem to get it to activate on MSN.. is there an app i need of a different version of MSN?

i have a flytouch2 10" infotmix X220 android 2.1

I have been told it won't work as a webcam on MSN or Skype.
