Andriod 2.1 Tablet PC X220 flytouch with GPS and Webcam

I recently purchased a "Andriod 2.1 Tablet PC X220 flytouch with GPS and Webcam" off Amazon it is simmilar to the ZTO 10.2. comes with GPS antennae.

Question my tablet only works with stylus or fingernail not finger. Can this be changed? Should I send it back for the ZT-180 10 inch (which you can use your finger)? This one seems to be better quality, ther than the touch screen it seems to work very well.

Thoughts?

FYI -- this is my first tablet

I like the Flytouch II in general. I wouldn't bother paying extra money to exchange it if I were you.
