12V dc charger that will allow use of A10 while driving?

Title pretty much states it. Anyone know of source of charger that will allow use when on the road? My unit came without any documentation, so it has been fun sorting it all out. The AC charger causes unit to go bezerk if powered up. The battery life seems to be about 3 1/2 hours.

Does the unit go bezerk when connected to the USB port of your computer? If it runs OK plugged into a USB port, you can use the USB port in the car (if it as one) or get a USB Car Cigarette Lighter Adapter.[h=1][/h]
