8" mid m806b android tablet

Hello Everyone; anyone, I need help. I purchased this tablet over three months ago and to date have not been able to use it. I couldn't download apps so I was advised to update the firmware and ever since I did that it's been stuck on uberoid. Any suggestions? Please advise.
