I been messing around with this tablet for a few weeks and although initially this tablet is glitchy it works pretty decent once you tweak it and do the update, anyways i had trouble viewing pics that i would put on the sd card from my tablet transferred from my laptop, so I figured since on my phone and other devices pics always go to the DCIM folder I made a new folder on my sd card and named it DCIM and placed all my pics and videos on it from my laptop then put the sd card in my tablet before booting up, after boot up I went to media center and after a minute or two of loading it showed all my pics and folders of pics and videos and it played every type of video I had and had good quality picture. hope this helps someone out.
