I'm looking for a firmware to my HAIER M701 TABLET Android is 4.0.4 and I cant update or upgrade anything and I want it to work for my grandmother to see videos .. Thanks in advanve if you can help me with the firmware rom

Your tablet's manufacturer most likely didn't offer an update to a later version of Android and even if they did, you likely would have been updated to Android 4.2 or 4.3 at best. In fact, your tablet is so old even Google no longer supports it: Google Play Services only functions on Android 4.4 or higher.

Purchase a new tablet.
