Abc news

I installed Abc news on my GTablet but when I run it, it does not say updating news. Instead it says lost network connection. I then installed it on my Evo and tried it using wifi since my gTablet is wifi only and it worked. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is on my tablet? Could it be like espn3 and be checking something that is null on tablets (to make sure it is a us tablet? Damn DRM!

Are you talking about the ABC News free app from the market ? Yesterday, when I tried Flashback v5.4 and out of curiosity, I downloaded it. The first time when the app was opened, it said 'lost connection'. I closed it and reopened. It worked fine thereafter.

This did not help you to fix the problem with your tablet, but just an information for you.
