adding work email

Can I add a second email to my acer android tablet A501. I have tried but unsuccessful.

Well this is also dependent on the Work Email server type, etc., but yes you can have more than one account linked to the tablet, and they do not have to be gmail.

There are apps specifically designed for Exchange Servers (like Touchdown), for more secured server systems (like Good), and for general mail apps (like K9, etc) in addition to the generic email app that is native to the tablet.

I found the default email application lacking in port selection. Went with Touchdown and though it does have a "few" issues, it works ok with Extrash systems.
