Ainol Novo 7 Fire boot up problem please help !!

Hi I am new to this form and a complete novice with android. My son (age 11) has an Ainol novo 7 Fire tablet which will not start up. When you hold the on/off button down to start up the android logo appears (normal) then it clicks and then the screen goes blank. Is there anyone who can help please !!

Could just be a matter of rebooting the router.

Hi I have tried power on and holding volume + but this does not work ......

What you're referring to is a hard reset. I'm suggesting you unplug your router, wait a minute and plug it back in. If that doesn't help, try to start it up in a public Wi-Fi hotspot.
