ANDROID help please???

Ok so I just got this new android tablet 7 today, and I have been messin with it all day, I cant get youtube to work, and its a pain to get videos to work, the app store on here is horriable.

I cant find any updates or anything, im new to androids so any help would be nice

Here's my advise. . Don't buy an android device that Google won't allow to have access to the market place. I had a Gtab and within 10 minutes out of the box I knew I was returning it. YouTube won't work cause it doesn't have flash. The market won't work because Google has requirements the device has to meet for it to.have the actual android market place.
