android tablet stuck on boot screen

l recently bought a samsung tablet and after using for few days it cant boot again. when l press the power button the word samsung appears on the screen for few seconds and the android logo appears on the screen for some few seconds and the second android logo will appear but at this point the tablet will hung it will not continue again and it will blink for hours. how do l fix this problem
my device is samsung tablet (dupad story), androind 4.2.2, model t98, basedband version 2.0, kernel version 3.0.8+, Build number-GP707-20130724-IDAHGMBOOO
