Android tablet with telechips tcc8902 problem pls hlp

Hi friends. I got my tablet today and tried to power up. Turned the switch from off to on and pressed power up button. But a white screen comes and stays. There is nothing on the screen:

As I am a newbie in tablets please could someone tell me what should I do?

I got my tablet today and have the exact same problem. I've been working on it all day long. All I get is a white screen. I do hear some Android sounds sometimes when I turn it on. I've only seen a white screen though. Mine is a Haipad, but I think we have just about the same thing. It's a shame. I haven't found a fix yet. I think it's an issue with the connection to the screen or something. I'm sending it back on Monday I guess.
