Answering Machine on Android

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to this forum and I have a simple question and quite eager to know the following feature

Is answering machine with out voice-mail possible?. some says on android enthusiasits forum thats its achievable by using some standard android apis;

Since you keep posting this on all android forums, I assume this app makes it possible (I didn't open link...) and that you are affiliated with it in some way....
