Any New "My Video" APP?

screen size: 7 inch
resolution: 800 400
wifi: 802.11 B/G/N
LAN: ethernet 10/100m
work time 2.5 hours

my questions is there any kind of app that i can use to replace my old "my video" app because every time i play a video the video lag behind the words by maybe 6 seconds ( and it stop and go on the video)

there are many video players out there that you can use i personally like rock player

but how do i download it because my app market has only "my video" app because it seem i have the bare bones market. always the same old apps and most comments about then are a half star or 1 star
