Anyone Own The UMPC 10.2" Android Tablet?

Hi, I need help with my new tablet. Hoping to chat with someone who owns the UMPC tablet like mine. I'm new to this type of computer and having a little trouble getting it to English language instead of German.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have. But I also have a problem with this. OS is not loading. do you know how to reinstall the OS on to it?
