how do I down loed apps on my android tablet 2.1 can I put them on my PC first, and that
software do I need and where do I get it?????

What tablet do you have? Does it have a SD/Micro SD Slot? If so go here SAM | SlideME and download SAM, put that on your card go to your filemanager and install the app.
