Battery Running Down When Switched Off?

Hi,

I successfully managed to root my Ziio 7, but have found that since this a lot of apps run at startup that did not before. But the worst thing is the device is dead flat every so often.

I always power off the device, so am puzzled as how the battery is being drained.

Does anyone have any ideas please.?

Turn your WiFi off before you power the tablet off.

Ok, I'll give that a go, though my bluetooth is never on, only wifi to connect to my network.
