86.50 new from China. It does have the Android Market/Play Store on it and it works very well. We have ordered 3 so far. Screens look very nice and has good viewing angles except if looking at is from an extream angle from the top where the camera is. I had my doubts about this tablet when I first ordered it, but those doubts were gone in the first 15 min of unboxing. The only thing this needs is a better power addapter, the usb cord that comes with it is fine but the power supply/addapter is poor. Fortunatly you can get usb power supplys on Amazon all day for less than 2.00.
I highly recommend this tablet. First thing in my post is a link to the page where I purchased two and my brother bought one.

Over all I consider this a better purchase than a Kindle Fire as the Fire has no SD card slot. No Camera, Unless you root you can not use the AndroidMarket/PlayStore, the Fire has none of these.
Ok the ICOO does have GPS it just doesn't have the Google Navagation app on it. But Google maps is on it and you can use it for GPS, it is not quite the same as Navigater but it gets the job done.
Scoring on a 5 star scale I have to rate this a 5 star device.

The Xelio is a nice tablet, however, mine is currently switching off randomly. I suspect it is a battery issue and the manufacturer has been responsive, however, their advice relies on updating the Firmware via a Windows XP machine. Sadly, I have no Windows XP machine or access one.

That said when it works this is a nice little device and is fast enough for most everyday tasks. I also wrote a full review on it on my blog Rod McCall | Researcher in mixed realities, in-car systems and location-aware games
