bluetooth from galaxy phone to 10.1 tab

hi im paired with my phone and tab but can not send files from phone to tab it just fails got no idea why??

What app are you using to transfer your files? I have a Galaxy tablet and a Samsung phone. I use"bluetooth file transfer" by medieval software. I have no problem transferring files.

just using the software thats on the phone it says my tablet is refusing the request
