Bluetooth Mouse Not Working

I have a Nexus 7 4.3 jellybean version. I had paired up a logitech M235 mouse to it previously and it worked. I had to do a factory reset because I couldnt get the 3G internet connection working. Now when I try to pair the mouse it cant detect it. It pair up a motorola bluetooth keyboard but wont recognise the mouse it had recognised before. Anyone have any suggestions

See if swapping out the battery(s) on the mouse helps. Could be a coincidence but I see that a lot.
