Can I upgrade the RAM? What is DHP?

I found a Infotmic WM8650 one on ebay. 1g processor/4gb nandflash/256mb/3400mah battery/android 2.3.

I am wondering if I can upgrade the RAM to 512? If so, how?

Also, what does it mean when next to the processor speed....300mhz DHP??? What is DHP??

To the memory upgrade question, the simple and precise answer is no, The 256 DRAM chip is wave soldered, It is not a card or changable chip.

I think you mean DSP instead of DHP. For the WM8650 some sellers try to claim higher numbers by adding up the CPU (claimed at 800) plus the GPU (300 Mhz DSP) to give a supposed 1 GHz CPU. I've also seen this claimed as a "dual core" which it most definitely is not.
