Can not connect to google

Hello,

I bought a Augen and I have not been able to sync my google account. I keep getting an error everytime. Has anyone else run into this? How would I reinstall the os?

look over the stickies here for the augen.all kinds of usefull info on how to do things.you dont persay reinstall it basically resets to factory.i got rid of my augen a few months back,and i honestly forget how to restore it.

edit: if accounts wont sync first try turning on background data,and autosync.if those options are turned off your account will never sync.

It's says google app stopped. And never lets me connect. Both background data and autosync are on. Would you recommend a format at this point?

it cant hurt it doing a factory reset,and it may fix it.
