Can Not Use Keyboard

I have just purchased an mid android 7" tablet from nomorerack .com, and with it came a case and keyboard combo. I am unable to get the keyboard to work, (yes it is pluged into the tablet). Is ther an app i need to download or not, and if so what would you suggest.

Brian - Instructions should have been included to tell you how to setup the keyboard. I can't speak for all keyboards but many are Bluetooth with a code to use to sync with the tablet, you have to go into settings and turn-on the Bluetooth. Since it is plugged in to the tablet I have to assume it's a usb keyboard. I wonder if your tablet has usb host capabilities.
