Need some Answers

Ok just joined tonight and I will tell you why.I purchased a tablet on ebay.
It is a 7" Google Android 2.3 Wi-fi Camera Mid Pc Tablet. It
came from Hong Kong. The app market, the ereader most of the keyboard
are all in chinese. Please tell me how to get the American versions of all
of these things. I am so confused! And usually when it comes to computers ,
I am the one people come to for help. Now I need help.
