cant download apps from android market

Help I have a cambridge sciences 7" 2.3 16gb tablet I believe lol it won t connect to bluetooth will not download anything unless its through the andriod market even then it occassionally says it doesnt have the right technology ie smurf village or autodance. I cannot get bbc i player to work either askn for adobe flash player 10.1 but wont download yet itv player works fine. havent a clue the manual very basic and simple. Yet having read the forum it can be used as a phone too???? help not computer literate at all
