Can't uninstall Go Launcher Ex

Hi!
I've had Go Launcher Ex on my tablet - zenithink c91, since I got it. I've installed a new version of Go Launcher Ex, but I can't uninstall the older...It's impossible from settings->applications; I also tried uninstalling it from android system info - then it says - "Application not found - The application was not found in the list of installed applications." Any help would be appreciated.

Follow the following steps:
1) settings>Location and security>Select device administrators
2) Then deselect the check box of GO Launcher > Deactivate
3)go to Manage applications to Uninstall it
Let's Do this and tell me the result...........
