Charge COBY Kyros Via USB Cable Possible?

Hey everyone! :)

I would love to get the COBY Kyros 7015 and I am really considering it...

I apologize in advance if this question is common knowledge or has been answered before.

I did try using the search bar / function but was unsuccessful.
I found this but I think it is not what I am looking for since it is a modification:

Basically can anyone tell me if it is possible to charge a COBY Kyros MID 7015 via an USB cable to computer / PC?

The reason why I am asking is because I live in South Africa and our plugs and power voltage are different to the USA.

We run on 220 volts here in SA where as the USA runs on 110 volts.

I am going to import my COBY Kyros via take2... they are our amazon import service and would just like to know if it will charge off a pc USB or not?

Can I use a universal charger that has a built in USB charger to charge through the COBY 7015's female USB port?

If anyone has any other recommendations I would be very happy / grateful to hear them!

Thanx in advance for any help! :D

You can not charge your Koby from USB with the cables that are provided with the unit. Those cables are for data transfer only.
PC specs for USB 2.0 are 0.5A output. The Koby needs 2A.
But I don't think you need anything more and a plug adapter - flat US pins to local pin spec.
Here is a photo of the bottom of the charger that came with my MID7015
