Charging strangeness

I am running watery rom 1.2a, and I noticed that I can be at like 45%, and then I plug it in, and my battery then says 98% like within 30 sec to 1 min, anyone else see this happening?

Yes the battery stats in this tablet are all over the place

Its not just a problem with the Watery rom it happens with the stock roms as well. Its tough to get an accurate reading from the device.

It's so bad that on 12% it took 2 hours to kill my kyros to do a battery cycle.
