Chrome and Twitter won't install

Hello,

I just got my new Novo7Crystal Tablet. It shows that Android-Version 4.1.1 is preinstalled. Nevertheless when i try to install Google Chrome over the Google Play store it says that this software is not compatible with my device. The same i get with the twitter app. Does anyone know why this is?
