wii fi wont switch on and also its on safe mode and when you reboot it takes ages

Long boots aren't normal... See this:

If you are still using the original/official firmware on it (Froyo / Android 2.2) then try restoring the original firmware first. If it doesn't work and still under waranty, I suggest that you try to ask for a replacement.
