Coby Kyros MID9742: Won't Boot Past "Android" Screen

I was just browsing my facebook then it hangs then I force reboot it using holding the power button when I try to boot it it stocks on android text it wont start at the lockscreen, please help me im just 15! :'(

Have you tried to hard reset it back to factory settings?

Hi uzumakichell, congratulations on your Coby 9742 and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. As suggested, try a factory reset. Be sure to back up your personal information, the reset will delete everything and set the tablet back to the way it was when new. Good luck!
