Coby Kyros Tablet 7016 Android OS will not start

Hello friends!
I bought a tablet Coby Kyros 7016 to less than one month, I turn it ower and presented the following problem: It is only in the startup screen where it is written in the middle of the screen the logo of the brand (COBY) and in the lower left corner in blue read: ENTER tHE DEVICE MODE fastboot PLEASE CONNECT tHE USB TO DEVICE RESET witting

I've seen several tutorials on how to recovery via the ADB propio CMD windows but need the drivers, the Internet has rolled back all of those blessed and drivers do not think!

Please help me!

Have you tried just using a paperclip on the reset button on the back for about 5 seconds and then rebooting?
