Hi, I recently purchased this apad

and it wouldn't boot past the android screen. I'm trying to figure out what it is now, the ad says its a via8505 but the book and the box that came with it says Rockchip2808
the LED is red, back of the case is grey. I've tried to get it into recovery mode using the rk method but its not doing anything, any ideas?
