Craig CMP741e stuck

I bought a Craig CMP741E worked fine for 1 day, plugged it in to charge, and now it won't get past the "android" screen when turned on. I've tried connecting the usb to my pc, I've tried resetting, with and without sd card, I've held the power button and toggle buttons (+,-) still nothing. Am I missing something? What should I do?
