Hello, I am new to the site and have been looking all over for help. My cousin told me her tablet kept shutting off by itself and that if I can fix it I can have it. I fixed it but now when I go to download an app it says there is not enough space. I went and bought a 32g SD card and it still says it. What do I do to fix it? Not sure if the tablet is rooted or not.

Use the file explorer/manager to see what is in the downloads and DCIM folders. You can probably delete the things you find in downloads but the items in DCIM can all be moved to that card.

I deleted all the apps I could that came with it and I deleted the dcim folder from my file browser because there was nothing in it.

That was a system folder. Deleting it may prevent you from taking any pictures.

You could try a factory reset. Make certain to save any data you need somewhere else first.
