Deleting browsing history on View Quest Tablet (Slate) 8" 2.1

..still getting used to my new tablet and not doing too badly. How do I delete browsing history - or is there some other terminology I am missing? Thanks.

Generally, the history is deleted from individual application settings, or by this long process: Settings > Manage applications > Select app > Clear Cache. But History Erase can delete the history of multiple applications in a single click.

Not tried, as I'm upgrading my tablet. This was taken off the web, but IIRC there needs to be Settings > Apps > Manage Apps on ours.
