Download problem of pdf's to usb on Elocity A7

Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is an APP that will allow me to download a pdf attachment from my e-mail to the usb drive on my elocity A7 tablet.The included adobe app will not allow me to access the drive.
If this is not possible, can you reccomend a tablet that will allow me to do this. Thank You, Jeff

The tablet works fine, just use a File Manager to go to the folder where the USB is mounted. This, for example: Download free ES File Explorer app for Android at Freeware Lovers

PDF attachment downloading would be a separate question altogether.
