downloading

hi, after downloading games for the children, I cannot open them it comes up with cannot open this file. Anyone help please.

Several questions come to mind. What kind of games? Where did you get them from? and where did you download them to?

arcade games dressing up doll games,from free apps store, after downloading the arrows sit at the bottom of the tablet . it does say installed

You may need to provide a link to the store you are downloading them from. Are these file from an Android store?

If so then if you tap the little squares top right of your screen do they appear there? That's called the app drawer.
